Tandoori Shrimp

Description
This classic Indian dish provides a savoury flavour while offering a vibrant colour. Watch the Recipe.
What You Need:
- 1 lb of Toppits Raw Black Tiger Peeled & Deveined Tail-on Shrimp (21/25 ct)
- 6 tsp/40 g high quality Tandoori paste
- 3 tbsp natural yogurt
Directions:
Put the shrimp in a bowl. Add the required amount of tandoori paste and yogurt. Mix well in to the shrimp (use disposable glove when mixing, as to prevent staining your hand). Leave to marinate in fridge overnight. Next day, place marinated shrimp on a grill pan (as to allow the moisture from the shrimp to be kept separate) Spread the shrimp with any excess marinade (reserve a little for basting throughout the cooking time) Preheat the grill to medium. Grill the shrimp for 5 – 10 minutes until cooked, turning and basting a few times.
