Blue Cod

Blue cod is caught in New Zealand in shallow waters around the rocky coasts. It is a white fin-fish, and produces good fillets and loins that are low in fat, which allows for a mild taste and numerous applications.

Cooking Instructions: 

Product must be cooked until an internal temperature of 70°C (158°F)
