Toppits is proud to introduce our NEW English-style Battered Fish. Available in Haddock, Cod and Pollock varieties, each fillet is coated with a thin, crispy batter. These fish fillets have a mild, sweet taste with a tender flaky bite! Versatile and easy to prepare, we recommend serving the ultimate fish & chips offering using one of these fish varieties!

Cooking Instructions:

Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 365 °F (180 °C). Deep fry from frozen for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 428 °F (220 °C). Place frozen fish on a pre-heated baking rack and bake for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown, turning over halfway through cooking.

As appliances may vary, cook until an internal temperature of

158 °F (74 °C) is reached.
