Pollock

Toppits Pollock is wild, and caught in the waters around Russia and Alaska. Its mild flavour and delicate texture makes it very versatile.

It can be prepared in a variety of cooking applications including baking, broiling, frying, steaming and sautéing.  Our Pollock is certified by the MSC, and is an excellent source of protein, low in fat, free of saturated fatty acids and is low in sodium.

It is an excellent value compared to Cod, Haddock or Hake and is a delicious, cost effective option for center of the plate.
