Makes approximately 2 servings
Ingredients:
3 cups Toppits Calamari Rings
4 cups mixed greens salad of your choice
1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1/4 cup feta cheese, cubed or crumbled
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp dry oregano
White balsamic vinegar or lemon juice, to taste
Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Defrost and cook Toppits Squid Rings according to package instructions
2. Combine mixed greens salad with tomatoes, onions, feta in a bowl. Season with olive oil, balsamic vinegar (or lemon juice), oregano and salt & pepper. Mix well and ensure all ingredients are combined
3. Top with Topppits Squir Rings
Note: Toppits squid rings can be sauteed or grilled. We recommend grilling if possible for an extra smoky flavour!
